Embedded content and ownership

This website provides a browsing interface and embedded media players. The video files played through those players are not uploaded to, stored on or served from servers operated by this website. Embedded services operate separately and may display their own controls, advertising, terms and data practices.

Copyright and other rights in films, artwork, titles and related material belong to their respective rights holders. A listing, link or embed does not by itself establish ownership, endorsement, affiliation or permission to use a work.

The use of embedded content does not remove any responsibility that applicable law places on the website operator. Nothing on this page claims automatic immunity or eligibility for a statutory limitation of liability.

Permitted use

Use the website and any material you access in accordance with applicable law and the permissions of the relevant rights holders. A listing is not a grant of a licence to copy, distribute, publicly perform or commercially exploit content. Do not use the website to circumvent access restrictions, interfere with its operation or submit knowingly false complaints.

Availability and legal rights

Content, links and playback availability may change or be withdrawn. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that the website or embedded material will always be available, accurate, uninterrupted or free of errors.

Nothing in these notices excludes obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights, or overrides rights available under applicable law. These notices do not determine whether a particular use is lawful.

Copyright concerns

Copyright owners and authorized representatives can use the copyright takedown page to identify the protected work and the material or reference they want reviewed. The page clearly indicates whether email submission is available. Preparing or downloading a notice does not submit it.

Reported references or access may be removed or disabled after review. If a restriction appears to result from a mistake, contact the published copyright address, when available, and identify the affected reference and the reason for your concern. Any applicable formal dispute process must be followed; this page does not promise automatic restoration.

Complaint information

The notice form asks for contact and rights-holder details, the reported URLs, a description of the protected work, complaint details, declarations and a signature. These details are used to assess, respond to and maintain correspondence about a copyright complaint.

Unsubmitted form details remain in the current page’s memory and are not saved by the form to browser storage or a complaint database. A downloaded notice is a file on your device. When you choose Send notice and delivery is enabled, the notice is transmitted to the configured copyright contact through an email delivery service. The delivery service and receiving mailbox process and may retain the message under their own practices.

Relevant information may be shared with an affected party, professional advisers or authorities when necessary to assess the claim, resolve a dispute or meet legal obligations. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. No promise of absolute confidentiality or a fixed deletion date is made.

Submission attempts are rate-limited using a hashed identifier and attempt counters. Old counters become eligible for cleanup after roughly one day. Cleanup runs during later submission attempts and is not guaranteed on a fixed schedule. The application does not keep notice text or contact details in those counters. Operational hosting and email systems may maintain their own logs.

Other information used by the website

Your saved list, recently opened titles and supported watch progress are stored in this browser on this device. You can remove that information by clearing this website’s browser storage.

Your selected interface language is also saved in browser storage and a preference cookie. The cookie lasts up to one year; choosing Automatic language removes that cookie. Clearing this website’s cookies and browser storage removes the saved language choice.

Automatic language selection uses an approximate country supplied by the hosting platform from your network connection, along with your browser’s language preferences. This feature does not request your device’s precise location or save your country or IP address in an application database. The estimate may differ from your actual location, and you can choose a different language at any time.

Signed-in viewing activity may contribute to an aggregate popularity chart. The application stores hashed account identifiers with movie activity, rather than names or email addresses, for this purpose. The chart uses seven UTC calendar days; older activity becomes eligible for cleanup after thirty days. Cleanup takes place while the website is used and is not a scheduled deletion guarantee.

Hosting services process information needed to deliver the website and manage access. Embedded content and remotely loaded artwork may involve separate services receiving information such as your IP address and browser details. Those services’ own terms and privacy practices apply to their processing.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics loads automatically when you visit flixnew.net and collects visits, device and browser information, approximate geography, collection browsing, search result counts, title views, watchlist actions and supported player events to help us improve the website. Analytics uses cookies to distinguish browsers and visits. We do not send names, email addresses, complaint form contents or the text you type into search as analytics events. Advertising personalization is disabled.

Optional banner advertising

When configured, the homepage offers one small Adsterra banner. The banner loads only after you choose Allow ads and approach its position in the page. Adsterra and its advertising partners may receive your IP address and browser or device information and may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and measure advertising. Your advertising choice is saved in this browser. Choose Hide ad to withdraw and remove the banner, or Ad preferences to change your choice. Withdrawal stops this placement from loading further ads; it does not delete data already received by advertising partners. Browser storage restrictions may prevent your choice from being saved. Advertising inside external video players is controlled separately by those providers.
